Savanna and Vaughn's Love Story

Savanna's Story:
Savanna was born in Owattona, Minnesota to her parents Matthew and Dana Brede. Their small little family was soon accompanied by her little brother Canyon. They moved all over Minnesota and Wisconsin until they settled in Fort Collins, Colorado in 2010. Savanna and Canyon lived outside, and when they weren’t outside they were inside playing barbies or hot wheels. Her favorite memories growing up were camping with her family and her beloved childhood dog Watson.
Savanna found a love of art and musical theater at a young age. Her love for art grew, she dabbled in any and every medium. She participated in every art show, and would fill sketch books in a matter of hours. She has also found her love of sewing, embroidery, and pottery in more recent years.
She found her passion for doula work three years ago. Marigold Mountain Doula Company is her business! She absolutely loves caring for her clients through their birth and postpartum journey. She loves watching babies and parents grow in the first few months after such a life changing experience. Whether it is their first baby, fifth baby, or rainbow baby.

Savanna and Vaughn met in 2023 when they both decided to download the dating app Bumble. Both of them were not expecting to find their spouse but to simply meet people and maybe go on a date or two. Their first date was their first and only date from the app! Immediately they were smitten with each other, and saw each other everyday for the weeks after they met. On July 16th, 2023 Vaughn asked Savanna to be his girlfriend. They traveled all over from mountain towns in Colorado, Georgia, Minnesota, Arizona, and California. Only to name a few places! They love to travel but to equally love to stay home with their beloved dog Rowley. They love to try new restaurants and take Rowley on walks or to the dog park.
