Hayley Johnson: Maid of Honor
I’m Hayley, Savanna’s maid of honor. I’m a Colorado native and a caregiver professionally and personally. I love taking care of the people around me and nurturing those I love.
Who did you know first? How did you meet the bride or groom?
Savanna and I met on bumble BFF summer of 2024. We went to dinner and bonded instantly. We’ve been friends since through highs and lows in each of our lives. Celebrating little and big wins and crying it out together for life💜
What was your first impression of meeting the bride's/grooms significant other for the first time? I thought Vaughn was so shy and quiet for the first 2 years of knowing him. He can be a hard shell to crack but once he’s opened up he’s a funny sweet guy who you can tell is completely enamored and in love with Savanna
What is your favorite memory of Savanna?
It’s nearly impossible to choose a favorite memory, that said one that truly exemplifies friendship is what I’ll share. Despite Savanna having a maintenance man waiting at her apartment, having to work after and it being short notice, she dropped everything to be there for a life changing appointment. She was there for me in a time no one else was able to. She stood by my side through some of the hardest days of my life and I will be forever grateful for that. It’s a beautiful thing to find a friend who loves you like a sister.
What is your favorite memory of Vaughn and Savanna as a couple?
I’ve loved getting to see more glimpses of Savanna and Vaughn in person. Watching them tease and flirt with each other is so heart warming to see.

My first impression of Vaughn was me sitting on the couch and he was making a pizza with my sister (the bride)

Feet wars on the couch (iykyk)
What is your favorite memory of Vaughn?
He saved my ass by helping me move my toolbox into the back of my truck (much appreciated), or the time he helped me and my friends get started on D&D.
What is your favorite memory of Vaughn and Savanna as a couple?
The time they got me and my best friend Wyatt IHOP when we were severely hungover.
Aubrey Brown: Bridesmaid
I am Aubrey, I’m currently attending Colorado State University for a Bachelors in accounting. I’m am from Carlsbad California. I enjoy thrifting and plants. Fun fact I love horror books.
Who did you know first? How did you meet the bride or groom?
I met Savanna first through my close friend Hayley. My first impression was during a fun night going out. I thought Savanna was super out going, bubbly and pretty! Ever since she’s been my favorite concert and festival partner and always open to do new things with me!
What was your first impression of meeting the brides/grooms significant other for the first time?
My first impression of Vaughn was he was pretty quiet at first however very quickly got to know him as a very talkative and nice guy. Him and I quickly connected over our interest in videos games! I think he’s a very kind man.
What is your favorite memory of Savanna?
My favorite memory of Savanna is, us going to Redwest, a country festival in Utah. We went to all three festivals days and I loved every second of it. Specifically my favorite moment was watching Savanna get to see Kasey Musgraves up close and seeing how much it meant to her. I thought it was very sweet to see how excited she was for that moment.
What is your favorite memory of Vaughn and Savanna as a couple?
I don’t have a favorite memory specifically of Savana and Vaughn. However it always makes me so happy to see how safe Savanna feels with Vaughn. As well as their happy dynamic and support for one another.
Cooper Johnson: Groomsman
Hi, I am Cooper. I was born at a young age. I go to front range CC and I am getting a degree in video editing and pro. I like comics, movies, video games, and eating. I'm from Lincoln Nebraska. fun fact my blood hates itself.

Watching him put soy sauce in mac and cheese and playing DND with him.

Dog sitting for them.

Cienna Morrow: Cousin of the Bride/ Bridesmaid
Cienna (Cici) Morrow! Savanna's cousin! From Arlington Heights, IL(suburb of Chicago) I attend the university of Kansas, I am in Kappa Delta sorority and I love sports! Fun Fact: I am Vanna's favorite cousin.

Savanna! Ever since I was born! She’s been my cousin for forever and i love her

I thought Vaughn was very tall and I was scared at first but he was very nice!
What is your favorite memory of Savanna?
Savanna and I used to drive around Colorado shopping and screaming while listening to music! I also loved making movies on our iPad with savanna and canyon
What is your favorite memory of Vaughn and Savanna as a couple?
My favorite memory of them is when they got engaged. I remember being out with my friends and asking them to turn down the music. She called me in tears and was so excited.
Theodor Herms: Groomsman
I am Teddy Herms, and Vaughn has been one of my best friends since Kindergarten. As of the writing of this, I am an Accounting major at CSU, and I am also the Vice President of Rams Improv Comedy. I was born in Texas, but have lived in Fort Collins since I was 4.
Who did you know first? How did you meet the bride or groom?
I met Vaughn in Kindergarten. I don’t even remember meeting him, he’s just always been there.
What was your first impression of meeting the bride's/grooms significant other for the first time?
I thought Vanna was pretty cool at first. We first met at a DND night, and I remember she quickly seemed to fit in well with the group.
What is your favorite memory of Vaughn?
Vaughn’s annual birthday sleepovers are some of my happiest memories from my childhood.

Hanging out with them at my Christmas party. Also being their first choice to dog sit Rowley.
Bryce Wicks: Groomsman
My name is Bryce Wicks, I am a Composer and Musician based in Colorado. When I am not actively indulging my obsession with music, I enjoy reading, writing, playing Dungeons and Dragons (often with Vaughn) and playing Chess.
Who did you know first? How did you meet the bride or groom?
I met Vaughn first in Kindergarten, although we truthfully became friends in 4th grade.
What was your first impression of meeting the bride's/grooms significant other for the first time?
Bananagrams made a good impression when Vaughn and I were roommates in our first year of college.
What is your favorite memory of Savanna?
I liked playing Bananagrams or the Wii Nights.
What is your favorite memory of Vaughn?
Filming an old YouTube video with plushies about a serial killer Beanie Baby Owl in my mother's basement. The sleepover days were some of the best.
What is your favorite memory of Vaughn and Savanna as a couple?
Vaughn once said that Vanna saw his ex on move-in day and she suggested that they kiss in front of her, I thought that was a funny story.
Emmet Sweeney: Officiant
Hi, I'm Emmet! I currently study forestry and forest ecology at the University of Idaho. I absolutely love trees and nature, and enjoy hiking and camping. Some of my other hobbies include gaming, playing DND, sketching, and reading sci-fi!
Who did you know first? How did you meet the bride or groom?
I met Vanna in our freshman year of high school and the greatest school of all time, Colorado Early Colleges. We were in the same English class but we didn't hang out outside of that until a mutual friend invited us over at the start of spring break of 2020 (before all hell broke loose).
What was your first impression of meeting the brides/grooms significant other for the first time?
I absolutely loved Vaughn!! In our first conversation he seemed like an absolute dork/nerd, and I mean that in the absolute best manner possible. I also thought he was very kind and honestly a perfect match for Vanna.
What is your favorite memory of Savanna?
My favorite memory of Vanna is honestly our Minnesota Road Trip. It was my first road trip without my parents or anything, and it was such a beautiful mess. We went to the Mall of America and ate at the rainforest Cafe, got to meet the green M and M in person because Vanna is a looney, detoured through Iowa and Nebraska and had the best BBQ of my life, went to the zoo and pet goats, got stuck in Nebraska because my car was being weird and played ukulele on a picnic blanket that VANNA SAID WE WOULDN'T NEED!! It was all so so chaotic but all so so fun, and I think that captures the spirit of all my favorite memories with Vanna!
What is your favorite memory of Vaughn and Savanna as a couple?
My favorite memory of Savaughna (patent pending) is probably NYE 2024! They hosted a wonderful party and it was once again a very fun and very chaotic night of playing games and getting to know each other!
